Old man Fletcher gets an unexpected fishing partner while standing at the river testing the new lures he's made. The large dog seems friendly enough. And soon Fletcher is sharing with him his food, his home, and his heart. The old man's happy to have this new companion.
But he's such a nice dog... surely someone must be looking for him.
